Interesting large mid-century pottery from France Fonck and Jean Mateo for Vallauris circa 1960s  . Their pottery is distinguished by a great technical inventiveness. This lamp is part ceramic pottery with floral decoration composed of thistle reminding of the work of Capron and Ledue othe contemporary artist of the movement  .
Size H.20 inches, base 7, good antique condition. Some thin crack line in the glaze  US  adapteur  to socket & plug.
